📈 A N A L Y S T

Hi everyone!!👷
My name is Carmen Albaladejo and I am the analyst of ArchiTeachers during this week. To my mind, this is one of the most "difficult" roles to play because you have to stop for a while and start thinking about how your group has work during the week?. Moreover you have to be as objective as possible when you assess your mates and yourself.

Firstly, I want to speak about our organization as a work group because sometimes we work awesome but in other cases it is a complete chaos, especially with the blog oraganization, it means who is in charge of doing something. Sometimes it happens  that it is Friday evening and nobody knows who has to upload a particular post so quickly one of us have to do it and maybe it is not part of her role. We have to be more organized in terms of the blog, maybe the problem is a lack of communication between us, so it is something that we have to solve because it is very stressful when it is Friday at 10p.m. and some of the post are not uploaded to the blog. However, it does not happen the same with the tasks, it means, everyone of us clearly knows what she has to do.

On the other hand, I believe that we work very well when we have to solve the tasks because all of us are different, some of us are good at reading and explaining what are the main objectives of the task and others are  more  handicrafts and creative, so we complement each other quite well. Furthermore, I believe that all of us share the same objective and we also try to do our best even if it is not a good day to us when we start working together we leave the problems aside and we concentrate completely in the task, which is to my mind one of the best points of our group.

According to our classwork on Wednesday, I believe that everything was better than last week maybe it was because we have the last day experience we did not want to "fail" again. In this occasion, again we form new groups, so we have to work with people who we are not used to collaborating with but this time everything went on. I think that in this kind of classwork in which you are explained what you have to do and you have to finish the task in a particular time it is essential to have a good "boss", it means that the person who is in charge of organizing everything must be very clear what he/she wants to do in order to be able to explain it to the rest of the group. Nevertheless, I also believe that it is very important the attitude of the others members of the group.

To sum up, to my mind, this week we have done the workclass better than the day before because we had the experience of the previous day and we also knew what were the mistakes that we have not to do again. EXPERIENCE is one of the most importants thing to LEARN.
