馃搱 A N A L Y S T

Hi archilearners! I am M陋脕ngela and this week I am going to play the role of analyst☺️

My partners and I  consider that as time has passed, we have learned to organize, but there are things that are still lacking for us. On Monday we used to divide the documents necessary to read to do the task. The purpose of this is to take less time on Tuesday to finish, but sometimes this system does not work, because the member of the group who has to do the medium or the last part of the document, she often doesn´t  understand well what is it about and she can´t do a small summary about she had learn. In our next job we will take this in to account馃挭馃徑
Another thing against us is that we only have one day in which all members of the group can met, and it is on Tuesday afternoon, and we are overwhelmed because we do not have much time to do it.
But not everything is bad, during this task we have enriched our knowledge(and in all the others too) ,there are things that are in the documents that we didn’t  know, such as: the way in which the teachers are distributed in the school and in the high-school.

We made a great poster, although we had not clear idea of how the poster would be, we are very cooperative mates that are suggestion ideas all the time. Our group atmosphere is so great.
The tasks we do are more elaborate each time, the level of our class is going up, and our level as well.

We are so proud about this last task. We wanted this work to be wonderful because this is one of our last works and we wanted to stand out in the exhibition. If we had high expectations, our great work surpassed them.

The best part of the week is on Monday, when the teacher explains the homework. We wish it to be easy馃槀 , and interesting too…. We hate boring and difficult tasks. However, we have learned throughout the course that all the effort has its reward, and if we strive to do a task, and this goes well, pride would be higher.

The worst part of the week is on Tuesday when we started to work and we do not have a clear idea, we were very overwhelmed ... When we started to do things and our work progresses, our mood start to be better.

Even though on Wednesday I could not go to class because I was so sick I know they did a great job, because our wonderful journalist recorded our stars, and she took pictures of all the work of our classmates. So I could see in these photos, that all the groups made a great poster. Also the teacher congratulated my classmates for the great work.

We fond a fun and dynamic way to make a different and original exhibition: Making a dialogue

I feel very proud to belong to this group where they all help and collaborate They congratulate when things are well done, and when they are poorly done, they support and work to make it better next time. I have the best mates. ❤️Thank you for everything my girls.

Hello archilearners 馃懛馃敤!
I´m Dolores and this week I´m the facilitator of my team.
How the time flies!! This is our last task!
This week we had to create a map showing how everything is connected at school.
As we had to read 2 documents, on Monday we divided them and M陋 del Mar, Carmen A. and me read the Spanish one and the rest of the team read the English one .
On Tuesday when we met, the first thing we did is to share the information and to write in the whiteboard the main ideas of the documents in order to select them for making the relationship between those ideas and the connections and complexities of the school.

Once we had chosen them we related everything and we decided that we would make a poster with the shape of a school and with the relationships in the windows.
Then I decided that the best thing we could do was dividing the team, so Carmen A. , M陋 脕ngela, M陋 脕ngeles and M陋 del Mar were in charged of the creative part, elaborating the poster (as they are very skilled with handicrafts).

And Rajae, Carmen D. and me were in charged of the theoretical part  elaborating the speech of the exposition (as they were the stars of this week and I´m terrible with handicrafts).

I´m very proud of my team as everyone works very hard and they are very passionate and dedicated.
It´s very easy to work with them!!
Good bye archilearners 馃懛馃敤

Hello everyone!! I am Carmen D铆az and this week we have been two stars, Rajae and me, (a great team by the way 馃檶).

This was our last task all together, so we tried hard to do a good presentation.

I felt really comfy with Rajae, because she is very nice and sweet, furthermore, she takes critics really well. She wanted to say really professional words on the performance, and I told her to change them in order to be easy to understand, so she perfectly agreed.

I felt really happy on Wednesday because it was our last day, but I was feeling a little bit bad, due to my runny nose. 馃槳

I have to say that I like being the star, because you have to prepare the task really well, not only prepare but understand, which is the most important thing.
I have changed my point of view a lot since the beginning, because now I personally work better, quicker and I focus more on my objectives. I really like to explain things to my classmates because I practice, I change the information in order to make it simple to understand, and in a fun or entertain way.

This task was a little hard, because we could have spend hours talking about it, but we summarize all the information in 6 minutes, which is practically nothing. We finally understood all of the relations in the school organization, and we summarize as much as we could.

I was a bit nervous when Linda was our listener, because I knew that we could have added lots of relations, but we could not due to the time.

I felt really happy when she told us that everything that we said was right (we more or less knew it, but you always have that strange feeling that something might be wrong).

The bad thing this weeks is that we are finishing this course, so we have to finish all of our practices, works, expositions, and prepare for the exams, so we are all a bit nervous now!!

Despite that, I have to say that I was not nervous on Wednesday because I have great classmates, because they are really nice,  and because we are here to learn and make mistakes!!

We did a good job, and I am very proud of my group! 馃憣

If you want to know more about our performance, please go to our final task, and see our video! 馃槉

Thank you for your time, I hope you like my post, and if you have the opportunity to watch our video, I hope that you understand our English and that it serves you.

馃摲 J O U R N A L I S T

Hi everyone!! 馃檵
My name is Carmen Albaladejo and this week I am in charge of the journalist´s group.
As every week, on Monday Linda explained to us the eleventh task, it was about schools that learn and we have to make a conceptual map in which we have to make connections between the two articles that she gave us and the articles about relationship and connections in school.

At the beginning, we did not know how to start so we decided to spend the Monday afternoon reading the different proposed texts and taking notes to share them the next day during our traditional meeting.

Tuesday arrived and after having lunch in the faculty we went to our cubicle in Luis Vives library. Once we were there we started talking about the different ideas that we have obtained reading the articles and once we have finished doing that we started suggesting the possibles relationships that we could establish among the different factors. After having deciding what we were going to do with the main objective of the task, we started thinking about the possible ways in which we could represent our idea. Finally, we decided that the best way was to use as a background a school shape.

Then, the expected Wednesday arrived, as we did in the previous weeks we have to present our work in a speed learning format, the stars of each group were allocated in a different place of the classroom while the rest of the group were changing from one group to another.

Here, there is some of our classmates showing their work:

I cannot forget to congratulate our stars 馃専馃専 for their incredible work.馃憦馃憦
I hope you have enjoyed a lot reading this post.

Hellooo! you wanna hear my experience? Then click here. Have a great weekend! :-)

馃搩 C U R A TO R

Hi, Architeachers! My name is M陋 del Mar and today is my last day writing in this blog as a curator because finally this course is almost finished.

I remember at the beginning when I started this course and I felt that my life will end in few days because I would probably die with the amount of work demanded by Linda.

I am very proud of me, actually, because thanks to the team and my big effort I was able to reach all my goals regarding to this course but also talking about personal ones. I proposed to myself trying to be more patient, and finally I got it.

It is obviously that the worst part of this course was the amount of work, but life is too short for living focusing on the bad things, so I want to remark that the best part of this course is that I can realize how important is to manage the time and not to waste it. I stand this aspect because sometimes we doesn't value it as we should.

Other amazing thing that I love from this course is they of working. It is true that the tasks require lots of time to develop them but, what about knowledge?. This way of working and studying is lovely and effective in terms of knowledge at least from my point of view.

Now it is time for studying at a sprint.
Nothing more to say, thanks architeachers.
See you! ♥

Hi everyone! My name is M陋 脕ngeles Alonso and I am the translator of this week. Hope you enjoy it ☝.

This week, the most important concepts are:

- Learninng Organization: is such as a system which care about the needs of education. Those needs are to be innovated, know when confront the constant changes of the society and promote learning capacities.

- Departaments: we can found them in secondary education. It is composed by the group of theachers that dominate the same subject. Here is where all the decitions of a subject are develop.

- Teaching teams: "Junta de profesores" in Spanish words. Is a group of tachers working together in a cooperative way in order to promote learning to those who have more difficulties. This is very similar to departaments, but with more interaction with students.

- Informal learning: is a different way of being teached but without a teacher. It occurs due to own interest or maybe by needs. Informal learning promote awareness, new learning strategies and possibly, new motivations.

- Speed learning: is a teaching method in which the class is divided by groups and one member expose a presentation and the rest of the group move around the classroom in order to see the others groups presentations in 5 or 6 minutes. This is called speed learning because you can see and compare the works in a faster way that in a presentation to the whole class.

馃搱 A N A L Y S T

We are immersed in such a system where everything is labeled with their established value socially constructed. Even human beings were not able to get rid from this tough fact, why i am saying that? Ok, i will make a question: what is better: to be a cook, street cleaner, a musician, agriculture or a doctor? It is obvious that what comes to our mind it is a "Doctor" , then i will ask why? Maybe because doctors save people's life, come on man. Can you imagine our life without the street cleaners? It would be a great disaster, streets will be a suitable place for bacterias, after that you can not imagine the increase of diseases. If a doctor looks for a cure for a disease the street cleaner prevents us from diseases. Then, why we prefer doctors, why they receive the most respect from us, why we want our kids to be doctors? Those are the labels i am talking about, which jail our minds and hide the real essence of a human being. But there is a clue to understand all the previous facts Money- Money? isn't that money which designs our life?... if that is everyone's main aim, as a result the whole system would be nothing more than a failure.

Once we made these clarifications, if a teacher does not agree with the system will he adapt to the system ending taking "ibuprofeno" depressed or he will change his surrounding to make in practice in harmony with his ideas? That's it is the teacher's business. But obviously this decision will have an impact on reality, putting in danger the happiness of students who we have between our hands. It is a serious decision as you can see, students are not anymore empty recipients( Jose Antonio G贸mez,2017) to be filled by knowledge which owns the teacher. If they told you so, if they told you that only you learn  in the school...then make sure they tried to sell you a truth being aware or not. Get to know what is a PLE and judge by your-self! Getting in sight into this concept apart from making you aware of your learning you are passing through it enables you to reflect about the lacks of your learning ( Reflection, creation, reading, discussion...) as well as the aim of education, the methodologies carried out in classroom, tools, services, social net work in education...(Casta帽eda y Adell,2013) having a chance to improve constantly our teaching-learning process.

Nowadays, with huge and diverse amount of data it has no sense to talk about an a total and complete truth. That's idea change the way we learn in school, now it is necessary to acquire abilities as learning to learn, creation, taking benefits from all the services that society give us, reflection in order to think by our-selves and do not be the other's puppet without our permission. For what is useful to record information in our minds if that information is already recorded in different formats and above all it will be forgotten later?

Internet is the great landmark for the human being, it had diversified us more than before. So that everyone is full of information, abilities, and talents...our rol is to make this grow, but that is possible with the same tool of evaluation as long as students are different from each other, we should take into account that the learning is personal, people are designed to be different from each other and unique... who we are to tell them what is good and what is bad, what they have to learn and what not?...

Each student is different because of : the sources of education he has access to, the social connections he has (people are a great capital too) How many times we read a book because was  a friend's recommendation? How many times from a discussion you felt interested into a subject and you start investigating? And thanks to these huge social network, these interactions are bigger and bigger.

As a conclusion, PLE is a complex concept, in this essay i miss reflection and creation, only people who experienced that can have a position as well as to show it to the rest of people.

Thank you so much for all, have an amazing weekend!!!:-)
I recommend you this useful book: Click here to read it!

馃摉 T R A N S L A T O R

Hello everyone!! I am Carmen D铆az and this week I am in charge of this role.馃檶
We are nearly finishing this course, and I am really happy, but a bit sad too, because this is ending.馃槙

I like this role because you have to make a reflection about the task in order to select the most appropriate five concepts. I hope that these concepts help you understand better a Personal Learning Environment.

  •  Personal Learning Environment (PLE): A PLE is different for every single person, because it is something of your own, that you create and you shape day by day. It is made up of different elements, such as; activities, learning strategies, reflections, sources of information and resources. a PLE is really important because it is what you use to learn, all of the things that you put together in order to learn new things. So it is what you normally use in your day by day to learn, like sources of information (internet, books, experts...), who do you learn from, where do you usually learn, your own organization or planning, and so on. So, it is like your planning in order to learn (the steps that you follow). It also includes your objectives, your goals, your reflections and all of the processes involved.
  •  Sources of information: sources of information are very important for your PLE, because they will determine your knowledge in some way. The more wider and different sources you use, the more information you can get, so you can contrast them, and, therefore your knowledge would increase.
Some sources are: books, experts, family, peers, teachers, internet (articles, journals, videos, news, essays, dictionary, free books, and so on), mobile phone  (applications), newspapers...
  •  Reflection: reflections are a meaningful way of improving your processes, objectives, goals, and therefore, your PLE.
By reflecting you think critically, you evaluate yourself, you compare what you are doing with what you want to do,  what you want to get, or how far you want to go.
We must reflect in order to improve our actions, our goals.
Reflecting about our PLE means that we know what we are doing, how we are doing it, what we are using for it, and how far we want to go.
  • Lacks: after we reflect, we need to think about what things or actions we are missing, what we need to include in order to improve our PLE, and therefore, ourselves. We can ALWAYS improve, so that means that we will probably always have lacks in something, so the best way to know this is to reflect and think about what things do you need in order to improve.
  •  Technology: we have many different apps, web pages, and resources that helps us day by day with our learning. Technology is CRUCIAL. We use it everyday, for lots of different things. So, many people, including myself, use technology in their PLE, because it is an easier and faster way of organizing, of finding information, of planning, and it is really entertaining too. Some web pages: thinglink, blogs, Wikipedia, youtube...
Thank you for your time! Have a nice day 馃挍

Hi ArchiLearners!!!馃懛馃徏馃懛馃徏
The task of this week consists of preparing three different PLE (Personal Learning Environment) each one should represent the ways and the resources that three of us use to learn,  not only to learn  contents such as behaviourism theories of learning but also what they do or who they ask when they want to prepare a cake or to make a wonderful hairstyle.

Here there are the PLE that we have prepared on Wednesday´s lesson:

Thanks to that we can have enjoyed a relaxing week in which we have charged  energy to the last weeks for this course and to the last weeks of our first years at the University. We can more and more close to be TEACHERS.馃挭
The only thing that I have done as a real facilitator this week has been to organize and allocate the roles to each one of the group for this week and the following one.

Bye, ArchiLearners!! This has been my last post as facilitator I hope you have enjoyed a lot and do not forget that as ArchiLearners we are building our future day by day, brick by brick. 馃懛

Welcome back to our blog! 馃憢
I am M陋 del Mar and this week I am the journalist.

馃摲

This week was a bit strange and short, from my point of view, because we weren't asked for doing any task on Monday. As a result, the week started a bit relaxed and we only met on tuesday for revising the tasks we will use for our e-Portfolio.
馃槬
On wednesday, Linda comes to the class and show us a video of her explaining what is personal learning environment. After that, from each group, we were asked to choose 2 or 3 members for creating their PLE and I have to say that it was very entertaining.

I was one of the people chosen for doing it. Thanks to it, I was able to concern myself a bit more how important are the rechnologies in my life and its uses but it is a bit complicated.
Here you can see my own PLE where I wrote about my applications, where I use them, a bit of reflexion, somes of my lacks and why they are useful for me:

 Hello archilearners !!
I´m Dolores and this week I´m the facilitator of my team.
We have had 2 weeks of holidays, so on Monday we were full of energy and ready to start again.  Linda told us that on Wednesday would be Election Day, so we had to prepare an electoral campaign.
We had to read a document about the different types of leadership, choose one, and based the whole campaign on that style. I divided the text in 7 parts and each architeacher had to read it and elaborate a summary.7
After we had made the summary, we chose the participative style. In order to prepare the campaign, we decided to write a speech, to create an electoral poster and a logo, and to buy sweets to use them as a present.

On Tuesday afternoon we met and I decided that Carmen Albaladejo, M陋 del Mar and I would elaborate the speech and the rest of the team would be in charge of the manual work. Moreover I designed the logo and the electoral poster.

It is a construction traffic signal that means:  Warning!! The knowledge is being constructed.
I had this idea while I was preparing my driving theorical test and I was studing the traffic signals.

PS: I have also done something very important; I have organized our Drive account!
We had all the documents of every task together and I have classified them in different folders.

Hope you like it!

See you soon

馃懛馃徏 T H E T A S K

This week we got in sight into the leadership styles, a very important subject  at the point  that if there is an appropriate leadership style in a certain situation it can make a school succeed and if not, it  can lead the educational organization to failure. As you see underneath, there are many styles, there is no best style nor worst style. What matters is the ability of the leader to choose the most suitable leadership style according to the situation of the school, the participants, and so on.

Organizational leadership is usually expressed in the effect on people's motivation to perform tasks over time, while maximizing the means of motivation and with minimal use of coercive measures.
We have four different types of leadership style
Authoritarian leadership style: has control, plans everything, is intensive, sometimes not flexible, follow rules and protocol. Gives little importance to emotion and affection, insensitive to human problems, race, gender...Loyalty is rewarded more than merit.
Participative leadership style: communicates about goals, delegates, respect diversity, seek quality, family atmosphere, respect for each member, collaboration. Learns, and is willing to make changes, and does what is best for everyone.
Transactional leadership style: "reward-dependent behaviour" which is that he or she rewards in order to affect motivation. Follows followers and actions to ensure that the work is effective. In exceptions acts with dependant punishments and corrective actions. Has a lot of organization, but does not necessarily cause improvement.
Transformational leadership style: generates feelings focusing in what is important for employees, affects performance and achievement. Has higher ideals and moral values like freedom, justice, equality, peace, humanitarianism. Shapes and motivates his or her followers. Convince followers to rise above their own interest for organization. He or she is charismatic to followers, inspiring them, considering individuals, seeing problems from new perspective. Uses significant changes in their lives, reshapes concepts and values. Has aspirations and expectations, and makes changes through inspiration. This style causes improvement. It has a more positive effect than the transactional, as it increases the motivation and satisfaction of the people influencing the performance and the input. It promotes initiatives, justice and trust. This leadership style is more appropriate in a complex and dynamic environment because of his/her intellectual changes, which imply innovations in the structure, in planning and in organization, meaning that, progress. A transformational leader also provides autonomic motivation, loyalty and commitment. His/her positively influence teachers in their motivation and welfare. But it can produce burnout.

Relationship between Value Systems and Leaderships styles of School Principals

A value system is defined as an enduring organization of beliefs and rules that assist an individual in selecting alternatives, resolving conflicts and making decisions.  An individual's value system determines his hierarchy of preferences, his perception of the world, his behaviour and the manner in which he selects his information.
The main difference between people is the importance that they attribute to different values.

A value system can be classified by orientation, we have to distinguish between a pragmatic value system and a moral value system.

A pragmatic value system is characterized by competition, achievement, obedience, ambition, aggression. Principals with a pragmatical value system will adopt a transactional leadership style.
A moral value system is characterized by tolerance, contact with others and relationships, equality, friendliness, family and personal security. Principals with a moral value system are probably to adopt a transformative leadership style.

It is reasonable to assume that a school principal´s values system affects his/her leadership style.

馃搱 A N A L Y S T

Hi everyone! My name is M陋 脕ngeles Alonso and I am the analyst of the week. Hope you enjoy it! ☝

This has been my second time being the analyst. Nevertheless, I am so happy with my group as the first time.

The best part of the task was on Wednesday, because all of my classmates did a brillant presentation and most of them give us presents and food. 馃崻馃崿馃嵀馃構 I think that all of them have a great originality. Also, the best part of the task was, as our teacher Linda said, the comfort feeling when the stars were talking in front of the whole class.

The worst part of the task, was after the presentations and this was about a remark that our teacher Linda said too, about the current politics. In our presentations we said current problems with some solutions for them. But the sad reality was that we were talking about questions that should be answer by the politics, not by students feeling that their future is not insured. This made me feel sad and powerless... 馃様

The best part of the week was on Wednesday too, when we were making a mindmap and after that we made the murals and the rest of the decoration. We were laughing at the same time that we were working. And it was the first time that we finish early.

The worst moment of the week is the same than the worst moment of the task because there is not another worst moment.

What I have learned with this task are the different types of leadership and the main differences and similarities among them.

As a group we always work very well and that's because we always do a coordinate work. Also, all of us have great ideas and we know how to deal with brainstorms. 馃挱馃挱

Summing up, I agree with this wonderful group but the most important is that we need a change, because the ideas presented in class, as I have said, are only ideas, not facts. 馃懛馃懛馃挭馃挭

馃摉 T R A N S L A T O R

Hi everyone!! 馃檵馃檵
My name is Carmen Albaladejo and during this week I am in charge of the translator role. As we do every week, I am going to select the five concepts that I consider more important and I am going to give you a brief explanation of each one. Let´s start!

Leader. The word leader is usually used to name the person who is in charge of a group, it means, he/she controls or directs the rest of the members that composed a particular group. Moreover we can different between four types of leadership style: authoritative, transactional, transformative and participative.

Speech. A speech is a brief discurs in which a person transmits his/her ideas in order to cause some reactions in their hearers.

Candidate is the person who presents him/herself as a the representative person  of a group in order to be selected as the one who has to face with others for your group.

Participative leadership style is characterized because its main concern is the relationships between the individuals who composed its group. Therefore, the leader is not the only person who has the power but it is shared between all the members of the group. It is the most democratic one.

Authoritative leadership style, this leadership style is characterized because the leader is the one who has the power, so he or she does not share the decision-making process with the rest of the members of his/her group. Therefore, the leader is who takes the decisions.

馃専 S T A R

Hi guys, welcome back to our blog my name is M陋 del Mar Fern谩ndez and this week I am the Star for the leadership task.

馃専

This week was nice at the beginning because the task was very entertaining and we have enjoyed it a lot the process and, at the same time, we learnt a lot.

From my real point of view, I want to remark that I am not very proud of me this week because  I didn't achieve my goals at all.

It is true that I am very demaning with my own and this doesn't mean always success, but I tried to do my best as much as I can but different factors conditioned me. Some of those factors are that there was a time limit, I should be clear trying not to speak very fast and resouluted.

In all the stories we can find different anecdotes and, despite my feeling of unsuccessful, I think that this is the real life and some times we also have to be brave and be able to face any situation, also if it is bad because errors contributes to evolution and improvement.

So, to sum up I recognize that I could have done my speech better but I felt very nervous.

Also, I have to add that this experience also has a positive part. Again I realized that improvisation is my virtue, not only for School Organization, also for my daily life. Moreover, this task is only a short-term goal and I will take into account, obviously, but I will be more focused onn long-term goals.

Apart from that, I was really anxious to do my speech and I really feel important in that moment.
Thanks to all the class that favour to the familiar environment but specially to my architeachers who always support me.

馃搱 A N A L Y S T

Hi workers!馃憢 My name is Carmen D铆az and this week I am in charge of this role again.馃憤
First of all, this task was really nice, but a bit complex due to the time limitation. 馃槱

  • The best part of the activity was our plannification, because we "divided" the work. By preparing the work individually in our houses we save A LOT of time, so when we were all together we worked in a quicker and more effective way, because we all have read and did our part, so we just needed to put it together. On Monday all of us, together, read the web page and discussed about it. Then we divided the drawings, because we think that with drawings it is easier to understand the ideas; for small kids, young people or even older ones. So on Tuesday we just needed to make the video.
  • The worst part was using "Imovie" to create the video, because technology is really complicated, and even more if it is our first time! So we had a little bit of trouble.
  • The best moment of the week was on Monday, because we had our clear ideas, we had everything organized and nearly prepared for Tuesday. For me organizing and planning is the best thing! This save us a lot of time and problems.  Moreover by doing this we make sure that ALL OF US participate and read the content, so we more or less work the same and we all read and share ideas, so it is GREAT!
  • The worst moment of the week was on Tuesday afternoon, editing the video. Because it was a little bit strange, taking into account that only one person can work with this program, so the rest of us were looking and participating verbally. And also, when we were editing the video we realized that we moved too much our camera, so some photos that looked really nice in the phone did not look the same in the computer 馃槩
  • With this task we have learned how to make videos in STOP-MOTION version, and we have also learned how to make up a video with photos. It is really cool, but we took more than 300 photos! 馃槼
  •      As a group we need to conserve our patience (because we are nearly finishing the course and we need to study and relax a little bit, so we know how to control our nerves and time!), our strength and motivation. We are constantly helping each other, and we laugh a lot, so despite the pressure, we always have fun!
  • Maybe to improve as a group we should be aware of coming to class as much as possible (I know that some days is impossible, but we should try to come), because this avoids losing time in explaining the task to others. But, is totally normal.
I have to say that I am really pleased with my group, we never have problems, not real ones.
Our problem is time, because Carmen and Mar铆a del Mar live in San Pedro, so sometimes they need to go a bit early because their bus or blablacar leaves. But this is not a problem, because we tend to finish nearly everything by then.

Finally, my classmates are really outstanding people, I was really impressed by their works馃槏! They were ALL brilliant! I was not sad about the results, because we all deserved 12 points ha ha, but they really did a great job!  馃挭
I felt strange because we did not do a bad video, the problem was that my classmates did a really good, excellent, fantastic and incredible (among other nice adjectives) video.  馃挅馃挅

According to the platform #porotrapoliticaeducativa, we need to be aware of what is happening in education (laws,rights...), and what things we should change in order to help as much people as we can. Why? Because we WANT to be teachers and we do not really care about vacations or salary (this helps, but it is not the key). We care about helping, teaching and making sure that every child (or anyone who wants to study) has the same opportunity and rights than the rest of them. So we need to change things. Time heals everything, so with our perseverance and motivation I am sure that we can improve education, and we will! The important thing is to have passion, to love what you are doing,  to be fair and equal with everyone, and to try to improve as much things as we can inside education and outside too.  馃懍馃懎馃懌

So lets work hard and improve day by day, at least with ourselves馃挭.

Thank you for your time, I hope that you have like my post 馃拫
